Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) Update for Customers
On July 1, 2010 the provincial sales tax (PST) and (GST) will be replaced with the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for all goods and services sold in British Columbia. The rate for HST is 12%. This will affect all Canadian customers in British Columbia.
We will be performing the HST update July 1, 2010 at 3am. At this time we ask that all customers have their computers turned on and that Internet is working at their store, in order for you to receive these changes on your system. If you do not see the HST tax change on your system, please contact our office. All customers under support will receive this automatic update.
To ensure that all customers are serviced in a timely manner, we encourage customers who received the update successfully not to call if they have no issues.
